Felipe Puletini

Founder/Director
Ballet/Jazz Teacher

Felipe Puletini is a Brazilian born and a Member of the International Dance Council - CID.
Throughout his professional career in Brazil and USA, he has performed in repertory classical ballet, musical theater, and Brazilian television.

Guest Artist Teacher for CCSU (Central Connecticut State University - Dance Education), and coach/choreographer for many schools in New England, preparing dancers for important ballet competitions.

Collaboration as choreographer with the New Britain Symphony Orchestra during the concert "Dance for Joy" and with the University of South Carolina - Beaufort during the "Community Nutcracker" as a guest artist performing the role of Sugar Plum Cavalier.

Degree of Vocational Higher Education in Fine Arts (Performing Arts Major), Certified Teacher in Giordano Technique (Certificate Program with Nan Giordano), American Ballet Theatre® National Curriculum Training, and PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique).

Isabel Cary

Children’s Division Director
Ballet/Contemporary Teacher

California native, she began her training at the Academy of Dance in San Luis Obispo. Scholarship in many summer intensives as Pacific Northwest Ballet, Walnut Hill, The Rock, and the American Ballet Theater.

During her professional training Ms. Cary attend the University of North Carolina School of the Arts’ ballet program, and was invited in 2012 on scholarship to the JKO School at the American Ballet Theater under direction of Franco DeVita, where she also began to work with the ABT Studio Company performing soloist roles as well in the ABT’s Met Season.

In 2014 she joined the Washington Ballet as an artist under the direction of Septime Weber. While at Washington Ballet some of her performing credits include featured roles in Swan Lake, Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, Serenade and Nutcracker.
Ms. Cary began guesting for the Ballet Virginia and was thrilled to join their inaugural professional season under direction of Suzane Lownsbury and Janina Michalski, some of her highlights in her time with Ballet Virginia is new works created by Lydia Roberts Coco and her debut on Sleeping Beauty as Aurora.

Lillian Cook

Hip Hop/Jazz Teacher

A native of New London, Connecticut, Lillian M. Cook is a pedagogue, choreographer, humanitarian, and entrepreneur. Ms. Cook serves as the 6-12 Dance Educator for the New London Visual & Performing Arts Magnet School, Adjunct Professor for Central Connecticut State University, and founder/director of The Lion’s Den Dance Company (501c3).

Cook has earned numerous credits and awards for her work as a dancer and choreographer at the competitive level throughout New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, California, and the Dominican Republic. Lillian is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level of the ABT® National Training Curriculum and with the Nan Giordano Certification Program®.

Cook holds a with a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and is pursuing an M.A. in Information Design. Cook believes her calling is to bridge the gap between talent and skill through equity. Additionally, she advocates for prestige in African and African diaspora dance forms.

Christine Snitkin-Bouley

Tap Teacher

Christine Snitkin-Bouley has been dancing since the age of 3 and is thrilled to be back at it!  She holds a B.A. in Musical Theatre and Speech from Wagner College in New York.  Over her many years of dancing she was awarded many Regional and National dance and vocal titles including National Tap Champion at 14 years old.  She has also performed in numerous regional theatre productions for Pfizer Players and at the Spirit of Broadway Theatre; her favorite role to date being Polly Baker in Crazy For You.  She has also choreographed numerous musicals, winning an award for her choreography for the debut musical Once Upon a Time in Atlantic City. Ms. Bouley was also dance captain for the Off-Broadway Review- Broadway Blockbusters while living in NYC.  In addition to her theatrical credits, Christine was also featured in numerous ESPN and Pfizer commercials.  Prior to having her daughter, she ran and operated On Stage Performing Arts Studio where her students garnered many national and regional awards as well.  Now having some time for a creative outlet, she is excited to be back in her dancing shoes and grateful for the opportunity to work with AMA Dance Theatre.
